Pick Packer & High Reach Forklift Drivers needed

Pay Rate:

• Pick Packer: $33.21ph
• High Reach Operator: $37.66ph

Location: Orchard Hills

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 3:00pm

We’re looking for experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Orchard Hills, with an immediate start required from 21st April 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale warehouse relocation project, with 1 month+ of work available and the potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidates.

If you have solid High Reach experience and enjoy working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing:

Pick Packer:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Manual handling of stock and products
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Using RF scanners to pick, scan, and track inventory
• Moving stock within the warehouse using pallet jacks or trolleys
• Assisting with loading and unloading as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Working efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume warehouse environment
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed

Forklift Driver:

• Operating High Reach forklifts
• Assisting with the relocation of warehouse stock and products
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely and efficiently
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Working in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

You’ll need:

• Proven High Reach forklift experience
• A current Forklift Licence (LF)
• Able to do manual handling
• Reliability and commitment to the full assignment
• A strong safety-first mindset and positive work attitude
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 3:00pm
• Must be available to commit to the full assignment
• Willingness to complete a police check prior to commencement (no disclosable outcomes)
